Welcome!

My name is Sarah and I am based in central Scotland. I’m a transformational coach, mindfulness teacher and emotional freedom technique (EFT) Practitioner, which I blend with other certified therapies. I’m so excited to work with you.

What is Transformational Coaching?

Transformational coaching is a powerful relationship between the coach and the client. It is a holistic approach which focuses on understanding the client’s perspective of the world using a wide range of psychological and humanistic tools. These come from a variety of different coaching, psychological and mindfulness schools of thought. You are treated as a whole person (as you are not broken and do not need to be fixed) and I am here to act as a facilitator to help you find your own answers, enable you to take action and to help empower you within your own life. Change starts with you.

How Can I Help You?

If you continued your life as it is now, how would it look in 1, 5 or 10 years? At its current speed and with the same triggers, relationships and resources? What does it look like? How fulfilled do you feel?

As a coach I am down to earth, supportive and will hold lots of space for you to open up, dig deep and explore your situation and thoughts. I will gently challenge and question you to help unpick the mindset and beliefs you hold to enable you to break through your blocks and find peace and clarity in your jumble of thoughts. We will work on your challenges and transitions to empower you to take action and move forward. I use a range of tools from all the different therapies I practice to provide a unique transformational experience.

Together we will:

  • Identify what you would like to work on.

  • Create and plan your next steps to reach your goals.

  • Dig deep to work on your values, mindset and understanding your world.

  • Challenge and re-frame your negative behaviours, blocks, limiting beliefs, internal chatter and mindset.

  • Find ways of working through the difficult emotions, situations and circumstances.

  • Remind you that you are good enough and you deserve to take up space in your world.

Who Are You?

I have worked with clients with a range of challenges but many have come to me as they have reached a crossroads in their life, are dissatisfied in some way or want to work through a particular pressing issue.

Right now you may be feeling frustrated, bored, stuck or unfulfilled and you don’t know how to change it, or your attempts to change haven’t worked or lasted. Maybe your life looks great on paper but there is a small niggly feeling you just can’t put your finger on - you may even feel ashamed for thinking this way as others would love to be in your shoes. Perhaps you know what you want but feel overwhelmed and are putting off taking steps towards it. You may be stuck in a loop of negative thoughts and behaviours, feeling anxious or depressed in your current situation or generally burnt out.

I can support you in the following areas:

  • You’re at a crossroads in your life, career or relationship and you don’t know which way to turn or the options open to you.
